Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team through our online portal with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully pack your amplifier or pedal in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our California facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
